  1. Exhale in 3 seconds and bend forward, arching the spine.
  2. The forehead will touch the ground. Pull the stomach inwards and relax the shoulders.
  3. Do not bend too much. There should be no movement below the waist.
  4. Maintain this position for 6 seconds while holding your breath.
  5. While breathing in, in 3 seconds, slowly raise the head.
  6. Return to the starting position by straightening your back.
  7. Exhale and, in 3 seconds, rotate the body (above the waist) to the right.
  8. Bend forward so that the forehead touches the right knee.
  9. Maintain this position for 6 seconds while holding your breath.
  10. While breathing in, in 3 seconds, slowly raise the head.
  11. Unfold the twist and return to the starting position by straightening the back.
  12. Without pausing, repeat the above position on the left side to complete 1 round.
  13. Practice 3 rounds, taking a break between rounds.
